Your leadership will drive the development of a dedicated sales team, ensuring a robust cross-functional key account management mindset.   • Prepare Marketing Strategy
  • Support cross-functional collaboration
  • Develop and oversee the implementation of patient-centric omnichannel strategies
  • Direct teams to manage brand team meetings to ensure cross-functional working
  • Monitor Sales and Marketing targets and optimize execution

Develop local Brand strategy

  • Ensure alignment with global strategy
  • Review analyses of local market and competitor landscape to propose action plans
  • Ensure execution of operational plans and brand objectives
  • Deliver annual brand plans and detailed tactical/activity plans
  • Financial planning and forecasting (including long-term forecasts)
  • Direct team to evaluate customer insights and revise impactful campaigns and projects based on customer needs and market environment
  • Best practice sharing with other markets and cooperations
  • Develop KEE relationships and monitor them with Medical team members

Lead and coach KAM team

  • Leading and coaching KAM team by undertaking regular double visits
  • Providing direct feedback post site visits
  • Motivation and empowerment of the team
  • Performance management by setting clear targets and Sales KPIs in alignment to strategies and company goals
  • Ensure timely execution and delivery of high quality key account plans from direct reports
  • Ensure Capability Development
