Enjoy a structured Monday to Friday schedule, regional travel, and the satisfaction of using your experience to make a real impact on animal welfare, without being tied to the farm.In this role, you’ll carry out assessments of pig and poultry farms, ensuring they meet high welfare standards. You’ll have the opportunity to engage with a wide range of farmers, providing feedback and guidance to help them achieve best practices.We are seeking candidates based in the East Midlands/East of England region – Leicestershire, Nottinghamshire, Northamptonshire, Cambridgeshire and Bedfordshire.This is a fantastic opportunity to take the next step in your career while still being hands-on in the field. • Travel – Extensive travel
• Assessments – Conduct thorough farm assessments in adherence to the assurance scheme.
• Feedback – Provide verbal assessment feedback and create a written report.
• Unannounced monitoring visits – conduct unannounced monitoring visits and review corrective actions for compliance.
• Admin – Schedule assessments, write reports and maintain records

About you:

• 2 or more years of experience working on a commercial livestock farm
• UK driving licence
• Willing to travel extensively
• Commitment to high welfare standards
• Poultry experience
• Based in East Midlands/East of England
