Our client is a market leading, premium independent estate agent with offices in Cambridgeshire and is about to launch in the city of Cambridge.This business has huge and exciting plans to grow hence the need for another experienced Sales Valuer to join their team. We are looking for an experienced, ambitious and polished individual who comes with a proven track record, ideally with knowledge of the Cambridge and Cambridgeshire area.You will be able to take the reigns for the listing operation for this branch, being the main valuer and ideally will be very proactive and able to generate new business, whilst delivering high levels of customer service to clients.On offer will be a basic salary between £27,500 – £30,000 and a very realistic OTE of £45,000 – £55,000 in year 1 with great potential for these numbers to grow considerably.To discuss this opportunity further in complete confidence, please contact alex.bryant@raynerpersonnel.com with an updated copy of your CV.
