Job Description:Employee Relations Manager (change) – (18 month FTC)
Location: Bristol Or Edinburgh (Hybrid)In this position you’ll be based in the Bristol or Edinburgh office for a minimum of three days a week, with the flexibility to work from home for some of your working week. As an organisation which strives for change and improvement, we are looking for an expert in driving a culture of manager self-service, process improvement, and who is able to understand and advocate for Employee Relations considerations within a project group.A role you will loveOperating in Computershare’s global people team as an Employee Relations Manager (ER Manager) you will work across all regions supporting our continuous improvement activity in particular facilitating automation and manager self-service from an Employee Relations perspective. You will also support the ER change team with other projects such as delivering organisational change.Key Responsibilities
