Sales & Dispatch Executive (Equestrian) – Bicester, Oxfordshire – Full-Time, Office-Based (Mon–Fri)Our client is a leading and long-established supplier of bespoke fine fabric sporting apparel, equestrian textiles and custom clothing, recognised for exceptional quality and attention to detail, serving clients across the UK and Europe.They’re looking for a proactive Sales & Dispatch Executive to manage orders from enquiry to delivery, ensuring every customer receives first-class service.The Sales & Dispatch Executive (Equestrian) Role:

  • Respond to enquiries by phone/email with professionalism.
  • Process orders accurately and update CRM records.
  • Liaise with workshop, artwork, and production to schedule and quality-check orders.
  • Arrange couriers, track deliveries, and keep customers updated.
  • Handle returns, repairs, and after-sales queries.

About You:To be successful in the Sales & Dispatch Exec job role, you will need:

  • Sales administration or customer service experience.
  • Strong communication, attention to detail, and multitasking skills.
  • CRM and MS Office proficiency.
  • Hands-on equestrian knowledge (e.g. confident fitting a horse rug, having owned, ridden, or worked with horses).
  • Genuine interest in horse racing with awareness of the industry and engagement with racing press/news.
