• Lead and manage a team of engineers, ensuring high performance and motivation.
• Drive the completion of preventative and reactive maintenance to support production efficiency.
• Oversee and manage contractor control and permit to work (PTW) systems.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and engineering standards across the site.
• Take a hands-on approach to resolving technical challenges and driving improvement.
• Plan and oversee engineering projects, ensuring effective communication with other departments.

Skills & Experience We’re Looking For: Engineering Shift Manager

• Proven experience in engineering leadership or team management.
• Strong technical background in either electrical or mechanical engineering.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead by example and engage with teams effectively.
• Ability to make decisions quickly and maintain high standards of quality and safety.
• Experience in FMCG or manufacturing environments is preferred.
