Our ClientAn elite US law firm based in London, is seeking a Corporate Finance Lawyer to join their dynamic team.Position OverviewAs a Corporate Finance Lawyer, you will play a key role in delivering comprehensive legal solutions to clients across various industries. Working closely with partners and associates, you will be involved in all aspects of corporate finance transactions, from inception to closing. This position offers excellent opportunities for career growth and development, with mentorship from experienced partners.Responsibilities Advise clients on a wide range of corporate finance matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions and capital markets dealsDraft, review, and negotiate legal documents, such as share purchase agreements, shareholders’ agreements, and prospectusesConduct legal due diligence and identify potential risks and issuesCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including tax, employment, and intellectual property specialists, to provide comprehensive solutionsMentor and support junior team members, including trainees, fostering their professional developmentRequirementsQualified solicitor in England and Wales with excellent academic credentials3-7 years’ post-qualification experience in corporate finance, gained at a top-tier law firmStrong analytical skills and attention to detailExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in legal research and financial analysisAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentFor more information about this position, please get in touch with Matthew Makrinos.
