Please visit our website for more information –The position works globally, and scheduling flexibility is required to allow for regular meetings and connectivity with colleagues in the Americas, APAC, and EMEA time zones.MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLEThe main purpose of the Executive Recruiter role is to act as a strategic talent acquisition partner to key business and HR stakeholders in APAC and EMEA for MD+ and Board positions. This is a new role for these regions and the successful candidate will collaborate on developing and delivering an efficient, consistent approach while building trust and credibility with business leaders.The Executive Recruiter is responsible for end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, pipelining talent, and market mapping, for active needs and opportunistic hiring. The individual will understand succession and flight risk and source proactively. Additionally, as appropriate, will collaborate with hiring managers to select, negotiate, and engage with third parties.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESThe successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
