This role offers the opportunity to take creative ownership of multiple global brands in categories such as women’s supplements, sports nutrition, and family wellness. You will work closely with the Marketing Manager as part of a small, dedicated team where everyone plays a key role. • Packaging Design: Develop and create engaging packaging concepts that align with brand strategies and market trends.
• Artwork Production: Prepare and finalize artwork for print, ensuring accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Project Versatility: Work across a variety of projects, including in-store executions, packaging design, and online store banners.
• Pitch Decks: Collaborate with the sales team to create compelling pitch decks that effectively communicate brand stories.
• In-Store Execution: Design marketing assets for in-store displays and promotional materials to engage consumers.
• Digital Assets: Create and manage online marketing assets, such as social media graphics and website visuals.
• Proposal Mockups: Assist in developing proposal mockups for client presentations.
• Day-to-Day Design Support: Provide ongoing design support across projects, delivering high-quality outputs within deadlines.

The Candidate:

• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a design role, preferably focused on packaging.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• A strong portfolio showcasing packaging design and relevant projects.
• Excellent design sense with great attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong independent work ethic and a collaborative team player.
• A proactive approach to bringing new ideas and innovative solutions.
• Experience in product photography is a plus but not required.
