This includes developing and managing a roadmap to provide the MI/BI required to enable effective performance monitoring of our services and staff, and the insights required for robust, evidence-based decision making. The post holder will help drive changes to the organisation through the design and production of a variety of analytical reports and products that meet management and other stakeholder requirements.The key objectives of this role are:To turn data into information, information into insight and insight into business decisions.To ensure that the right people have the right information in the right format at the right time.To manage the delivery of AFG’s data strategy.Dimensions
