DescriptionWe are recruiting for Customer Sales Advisors on a full time, permanent basis with immediate starts available for the right candidates.Working for an industry leader from their head office in Fareham, Hampshire you will be working in a pivotal role to secure and process orders over the phone.The role of Sales Advisor involves the following main key tasks:

• Providing a high level of customer service over the telephone, all inbound calls
• Securing an order by converting a call into a confirmed order
• Upselling products/services wherever practicably possible
• Processing orders and bookings
• Taking payment details and processing the payment
• Dealing with customer enquiries and queries
• Various general office administration duties
• Supporting other members of the team.

Person Specification:

• Excellent telephone manner – remaining friendly, polite, and professional at all times.
• Great communication, interpersonal, and IT skills.
• Very good attention to detail to ensure accuracy of information, eg correct address, post code, contact name, contact numbers, and location details.
• Very good sales experience with knowledge and understanding of the sales process and upselling.
• Good organisation skills, with the ability to use own initiative.
• Hardworking and conscientious.
• Positive, motivated, and pro-active.
• Reliable, flexible, and adaptable.
• Ability to remain calm and patient when under pressure.
• Ability to work within a busy and fast-paced customer focused sales environment
