Joining us on a full-time permanent basis, you will receive a competitive salary of up to £38,000 per annum plus excellent benefits.You will be responsible for leading the customer communications strategy, ensuring timely, clear, and effective messaging across all customer touchpoints. \nWhat you’ll be doing:
- Develop and implement customer communication plans
- Manage crisis and incident communications
- Work with digital and service teams to improve customer experience
- Monitor and evaluate communication effectiveness

- Experience in customer communications and engagement
- Strong writing and editing skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
- Knowledge of digital communication tools and platforms
