This stand alone Culture Partner will play a pivotal role in delivering the culture strategy hence ensuring an inclusive and high-performing work environment. This position will deliver the recently created 3-5 year strategy and you will be an expert in culture, data reporting, employee engagement, EVP & inclusion.

  • Execute the culture strategy
  • Deliver an all-employee engagement survey identifying and reporting on relevant insights and working closely with business leaders and teams to drive through the resulting outputs, action plans and strategic programmes that generate year-on-year improvement
  • Supporting & collaborating with the ERGs
  • Gender pay gap reporting and other data reporting to present to the board & exco
  • Work closely with the Communications team
  • Support with the ongoing EVP
  • Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration to maintain a cohesive workplace culture
  • Project manage & embed culture-driven and engagement initiatives
  • Provide expertise on regulatory & legislative reporting

Global roleDelivering a newly created strategy post IPOA successful Culture Partner should have:

  • You will be an experience centre of excellence HR professional with a deep understanding of employee engagement, culture and inclusion best practice.
  • Technical expertise and knowledge in relation to legal and regulatory requirements (specific reference to FCA regulation)
  • Can provide thought leadership in culture, inclusion and engagement and can navigate the complexities of an international business with a range of complex internal and external demands
  • Similar experience within an FCA regulated financial services organisation
  • Numerate with strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Able to independently investigate and trace through data issues
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and strategic planning.
  • Able to write board papers
  • The ability to lead and influence at various organisational levels
  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Competitive salary range of £85,000 to £102,000 per annum plus bonus
