Together we can influence the world around us to make life and work better.Ferring+YouYou will be responsible to lead Sales and Market Access according to Ferring philosophy and leadership principles.Your day at FerringDefine Customer engagement strategy and Market Access strategy for all TAs in Austria, in alignment with corporate strategy as well as achievement of short- and medium-term financial results (margins, profitability), identifying and managing critical variables, establishing objectives and the development of new initiatives, according to Group strategies and ensuring consistency with the global strategyResponsible for customer segmentation, targeting and messagingDrive Commercial Excellence and Sales force effectiveness through process optimization measured by KPIsLead the execution of Integrated Brand Plans to ensure achievements of sales/ commercial goals through management of sales and market access functionsRepresent Ferring in front of the Pharmaceutical Industries associations, Health Insurances companies, etc.Regular participation in relevant international external and internal meetingsPlan and coordinate activities to ensure continuous and future market access for all products in cooperation with internal and external market access stakeholdersIdentify customer needs for long-term strategic planningDrive Public policy and Government affairsResponsible for developing the team and drive people development and engagementEnsure cross-functional ways of working, collaboration and alignment with all other local and global functions and departmentsProven record in managing Sales and Market Access functions, including direct Management of teamsBehind our innovation…There’s youUniversity degree in business administration or economics: alternatively, PhD or Medical doctorFluent in German and English, written and spokenExperience in an International position will be preferredExperience in building a budget from the base upwards, of reporting against that budget and of making the necessary adjustments to achieve targetAble to drive growth and kick off situations to lead the organization to the “next level” (improving and transforming of existing business)Adaptable to changeStrong presentation and written communication skillsOutstanding market knowledge, including experience of product launches, established brands portfolio management, life-cycle managementSales force effectiveness, Market data analysis and Digital expertiseDeep and broad knowledge of local healthcare environment, regulations and market accessDemonstrated track record in the presentation of strategies and inspiring people for visions/ideasPeople come first at FerringGet inspired from our commitment to advocate for everyone’s right to build a family, no matter who you are, where you live or who you loveOur inclusive support package – “Building Families at Ferring” provides equal and accessible policies for all employees who wish to start their family journey, ensuring a global standard, irrespective of location and roleParental leave for both birthing and non-birthing parentsExtended support on family building journeyMaking a difference in the life of millions of people means we succeed by working together.
