Our client, a medium sized law firm based in Chancery Lane has a vacancy for a corporate paralegal.The successful candidate will be supporting a team of 9 solicitors/partners alongside another paralegal and a secretary. They will undertake tasks such as:

• Provide transaction support to fee-earners, including management of dataroom, preparing due diligence reports.
• Dealing with Company Secretarial requirements.
• Assistance with putting together and managing ancillary documents on transactions and arranging execution.

To secure an interview for this role you will need to have corporate experience within a legal corporate department.Salary up to £38K. The role is 5 days in the office.
