We are instructed by an International law firm who have an exciting opportunity for a driven corporate lawyer to join their growing team, working with high-growth tech and life sciences companies.You’ll advise clients at every stage, from early investment to exit, while gaining exposure to core venture capital work and broader corporate matters.What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years’ post-qualification experience in corporate law. Strong academic credentials and technical skills. A passion for innovation, with familiarity in tech or life sciences a plus. Excellent communication, commercial acumen, and a collaborative mindset.
