Contract Logistics Customer Solutions Engineer in Singapore, Singapore

As a National Contract Logistics Customer Solutions Engineer at Kuehne+Nagel in Singapore, you’ll design and implement logistics solutions, lead RFQs, and collaborate with stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Your Role

Your primary objective is to gain + retain customers by offering industry leading solutions. You will be working with internal + external stakeholders while focusing on the following key objectives:

Your Responsibilities

• To lead customer tender projects, driving + offering compelling logistics concepts.

• To offer new concepts + technology to solutions while building on existing best practices.

• To present proposed solutions to customers.

• To engage with internal + external stakeholders to manage the solution process.

• To ensure high standards of compliance during solutions offering process.

Your Skills and Experiences

• At least 2 years of experience in Warehouse Solutions Design.

• Familiar with designing software i.e. AUTOCAD, Sketchup, Class, etc.

• A team player, able to adapt and is open minded.
