Title: Contact Centre AgentSalary: £25,111.40Job Type: Temp to PermWorking hours: Monday – FridayWe are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Contact Center Agent to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering top-notch service. If you’re a great communicator with a problem-solving mindset, this role is perfect for you!While proficiency in Swedish is preferred, it is not essential, as candidates should be able to communicate fluently in English at a high level.We are currently implementing a hybrid working model, which allows for two days in the office (Wednesdays are mandatory) and three days of remote work.Hours of work: 8am to 16.15pm Monday to Friday (With an additional requirement to work until 17.00pm apx once every seven days)Main Duties:
