This post offers the opportunity to show clinical expertise in a variety of different areas. It is a well supported role with a cohesive team of nurses, OTs, Psychologists, Assistant Psychologists and Mental Health Wellbeing Practitioners. There are opportunities for teaching, management and QI.Staff are currently being trained in Open Dialogue which is a new way of working and has so far brought a refreshing change of perspective for staff working in the CMHT. This new approach is likely to lead to improved wellbeing for both staff and patients.Kent is a large county with a strong rural history.
