Job description

• Draft and negotiate supply agreements, procurement agreements, maintenance contracts and service agremets for solar and battery projects
• Keep up to date with legislative and regulatory changes that may impact the business
• Deliver occasional construction law-related training for relevant business stakeholders
• Ensure all HSEQ rules and laws are being met

Key Requirements:

• Significant first-hand practical experience and knowledge of construction law matters
• Experience in construction contracts and general commercial contracts
• Expertiese in the NEC contract format is benefical
• English Law Qualified Solicitor
