Job description
- Draft and negotiate supply agreements, procurement agreements, maintenance contracts and service agremets for solar and battery projects
- Keep up to date with legislative and regulatory changes that may impact the business
- Deliver occasional construction law-related training for relevant business stakeholders
- Ensure all HSEQ rules and laws are being met
Key Requirements:
- Significant first-hand practical experience and knowledge of construction law matters
- Experience in construction contracts and general commercial contracts
- Expertiese in the NEC contract format is benefical
- English Law Qualified Solicitor
