A market-leading firm in the North West is looking for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join the team and handle a variety of high-level transactional landlord and tenant work for high profile clients, and residential & commercial development matters.Responsibilities

• Managing a busy caseload including negotiating and drafting transactional paperwork, production of advice and guidance to clients whilst providing excellent client service
• Developing relationships with clients, providing support to other team members and liaising with other service line teams as needed
• Contributing to the team’s objectives whilst promoting the firm’s values within your work

Skills and Experience

• Qualified solicitor with at least 3 years PQE in commercial property, experienced in advising and representing clients on a wide range of real estate matters
• Strong attention to detail, organisation skills and able to prioritise workload to meet strict deadlines
• Able to manage own caseload with some supervision and willing to work as part of a team
• Confident in business development activities and winning work
