A highly regarded York based law firm are currently looking to recruit an experienced Legal Secretary to join their friendly and supportive Commercial Property department on a full time basis.You must have previous legal secretarial experience within commercial property as you will be working within a busy team who deal with high quality work.As a Legal Secretary you will be

• Responsible for preparing documentation
• Dealing with diary management
• Liaising with clients and providing an excellent customer service
• Assisting solicitors with the day to day running of the caseload
• Using the Land Registry Portal and HMRC stamp duty land tax online services
