Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement competitive pricing strategies that align with business goals.

• Analyze market trends and competitor pricing to determine effective price points.

• Collaborate with sales, finance, and product teams to ensure coordinated and successful execution of pricing initiatives.

• Prepare detailed pricing reports and present findings to senior management.

• Monitors pricing performance and adjust strategies to improve profitability.

• Research and understand foreign currency fluctuations

• Analyse, review sales & margin performance of pricing strategy

• Understand product cost and incorporate these factors and other factors into price strategy and

• processes

• Plan & implement agreed price strategies through price cycle processes

• Participate in global/regional pricing initiative to deliver Pricing KPI or improve pricing efficiency

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Finance, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience

• 5-7 years of pricing-related experience

• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret sophisticated data sets.

• Demonstrable experience in Excel, SQL, data management and data visualization tools (Power BI)

• Good communication skills and the ability to work closely with teams from different departments.

• Experience in a healthcare, medical devices setting would be ideal although it is not crucial

• Able to influence and partner with stakeholders at different levels of an organization

• Ambitious attitude with a keen eye for detail and flawless execution.
