- Advising on the legal aspects of technology transactions, including software licensing, IT service agreements, and system implementations.
- Supporting digital innovation projects across sectors such as manufacturing, energy, logistics, and international trade.
- Providing strategic advice on data protection compliance, cybersecurity, and risk management.
- Collaborating with national and international colleagues on cross-border transactions and regulatory matters.
- Helping clients explore and implement advanced technologies such as generative AI and other transformative tools.

- At least 6 years of post-qualification experience in technology law, data protection, or related areas.
- Demonstrable experience in handling complex technology transactions and advising on regulatory matters.
- Knowledge of software licensing, IT services, and cybersecurity is essential.
- Experience with emerging technologies like AI is highly desirable.
- A practical, solutions-focused approach to advising clients on contractual, operational, and regulatory challenges.
