Penta is seeking a CNC Estimator & Account Manager to be an integral part of our fantastic Sales & Marketing Team.What you will be doing:As a CNC Estimator & Account Manager at Penta, you will be responsible for managing 50% of the company’s order book minimising business risk and delivering sustained, profitable growth for the Penta team. You’ll work closely with the Sales & Marketing team, proactively onboarding new customers and preparing accurate quotes to maximise flow and throughput. You will continuously be improving how the team operates and aid in driving growth and strengthening margins.What we’re looking for from our Estimator & Account Manager:A strong understanding of the CNC machining process is a must as you will be preparing and managing accurate quotes. You will also be providing machining design advice to our customer and supporting them on their drawings and models to bottom out any issues before production.We’re searching for candidates who are committed to continual self-development and align with Penta’s Core Values. Hours of Work: Monday – Thursday: 7:30am to 5.00pm, 30-minute lunch break & Friday: 7:30am to 12:30pm.Meet the Organisation: Who We Are and What We DoPenta was founded in 1998 by five people (hence the name, Penta).
