Job Title: Clinical Unit Manager – Dementia Care
Location: Wembley
Salary: £55,000 – £60,000We are seeking a dedicated and experienced nurse professional specializing in dementia care to lead our dynamic team in Wembley. The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day operations of our dementia care unit, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and support to residents.Key Responsibilities:– Manage and lead the dementia care unit, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
– Develop and implement individualized care plans for residents with dementia, focusing on their physical, emotional, and social needs.
– Supervise, train, and support nursing and care staff, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
– Collaborate with healthcare professionals, families, and stakeholders to enhance the quality of care provided.
– Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of care programs and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
– Ensure efficient resource management, including staffing, budgeting, and procurement of supplies.Qualifications and Skills:– Registered Nurse (RN) qualification with a valid nursing license.
– Proven experience in dementia care management or a similar leadership role.
– Strong understanding of dementia care best practices and regulatory requirements.
– Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to manage complex situations and make informed decisions.
