Are you a skilled social worker with a passion for working with children and young people? Join our team and contribute to ensuring the safety, stability, and well-being of children in our care.Key Responsibilities

• Case Management: Manage a caseload of children in care, ensuring their needs are met effectively.
• Care Plans: Develop, review, and implement comprehensive care plans tailored to the child’s best interests.
• Advocacy: Act as an advocate for children, ensuring their voices are heard and their rights are upheld.
• Collaboration: Work closely with foster carers, families, and multi-agency teams to deliver coordinated support.
• Safeguarding: Monitor and address safeguarding concerns, ensuring the child’s safety and welfare remain a priority.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records in line with legal and professional standards.

Qualifications and Skills

• Qualified Social Worker registered with Social Work England.
• Proven experience working with children in care or similar roles.
• Strong understanding of relevant legislation and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage a diverse caseload with professionalism and empathy.
