Your work will go toward the ever growing team, to enhance the local dishes they serve and develop your skill set.

• Prepare menus in collaboration with colleagues
• Ensure adequacy of supplies at the cooking stations
• Follow the guidance of the executive or sous chef and have input in new ways of presentation or dishes for the menus.
• You will be required to work on a rota over weekends and bank holidays
• Help to maintain a climate of smooth and friendly cooperation
• Have a strong work ethic and adaptability
