Forward Role has exclusively partnered with a pioneering retailer on the search for a Change Manager.Within this role, you can expect to get stuck into some juicy projects, deliver both technological and business process changes, and proactively drive a culture of continuous improvement.The Role
- Planning, developing, delivering and tracking change management deliverables.
- Project management for small to medium sized projects to ensure successful delivery.
- Business case facilitation and the enablement of the the plan and define phase.
- Liaise with internal and external teams to ensure systematic requirements are understood.
About You
- Experience as a Change Manager at a high growth retailer
- A background as a Business Analyst
- Ability to work closely with different teams
- Great communication skills
On Offer
- Salary up to £55k
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays
- Hybrid working – 3 days a week in the South Manchester office
- Birthday off
