A Construction Consultancy with an experienced team CDM Principal Designer a to oversee a new range of projects within the Commercial and Healthcare sectors. The ability to retain staff for the long term and their established reputation with their clients, allows them to provide great career progression.The CDM Principal Designer RoleAs a CDM Principal Designer, you will take on a crucial role, leading meetings and providing expert advice to clients across core Construction sectors, including some of the most prestigious contracts within the company.What We’re Looking For:

• Qualifications: NEBOSH Construction Certificate (essential), Tech IOSH (essential), APS membership (preferred).
• Experience: A minimum of 5 years within a CDM role
• Skills: Strong communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
