Our client a successful Main Dealer is looking for an experienced Used Car Sales Manager to join their team in Bradford.Are you Dynamic and Driven, looking for a fresh challenge?For this Car Sales Manager role you will need:

• A solid understanding of current motor industry practices would be desirable but not essential.
• Drive and aspiration to be the best and not accepting anything less.
• Strong attention to detail and the desire to deliver impeccable standards right across the business.
• A full clean driving license.
• Previous experience of directing and developing high performing teams to deliver results is essential.
• A customer centric approach; always striving to deliver service above customer expectations, and the ability to create and develop a culture of continuous improvement.
• An interest in e-commerce, with experience already working within this area or a very keen aptitude towards it.

For this Car Sales Manager role you will be:

• Ensure that the highest level of customer service is maintained within the Sales department and wider dealership.
• Driving and maintaining a team culture of high performance and excellence!
• Assist the Head of Business in developing and implementing both the customer and colleague journey, ensuring all are treated fairly and equitably.
• Maximise the sales volume and profitability of used cars and finance and insurance products.
• Lead, coach, and develop the team to elevate their performance and behaviours whilst delivering results.
• Actively set out to achieve and exceed site and departmental objectives.
