In dieser Rolle verknüpfe ich strategische Ziele mit operativen Anforderungen, sorge für eine gemeinsame Sprache zwischen Fachbereichen und IT – und trage so dazu bei, die Energiewende erfolgreich umzusetzen.Meine Aufgaben

• Analyse und Erfassung von Capabilities: Systemische Identifikation und Dokumentation bestehender und neuer Capabilties (der Systemführung der Stromnetze) in enger Abstimmung mit Produktteams, Fachbereichen, Operative und IT,
• Capability Management & Weiterentwicklung: Priorisierung und kontinuierliche Optimierung relevanter Capabilities mithilfe von Capability Mapping, Gap-Analysen und Capability Maturity Models,
• Methodeneinsatz und Toolkompetenz: Einführung und Anwendung geeigneter Methoden, Tools und Qualitätsstandards – als Teil der Arbeit im Chapterteam,
• Zusammenarbeit mit IT-Entwicklung und Fachbereichen: Enge Abstimmung mit IT-

Entwicklungsteams und Product Ownern/Projektteams zur kontinuierlichen Entwicklung und Verbesserung von Capabilities, * Strategieentwicklung und Roadmaps: Gestaltung langfristiger Capability-Roadmaps in enger Abstimmung mit Stakeholdern – als Grundlage für die Zielbildentwicklung und Analyse strategischer Handlungsfelder innerhalb der Digitalisierung der Systemführung,

• Workshopmoderation & Ergebnissteuerung: Konzeption und Durchführung von Workshops sowie anschließende Ergebnisaufbereitung.

Meine Kompetenzen

• Abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftsinformatik/ Informatik,

Betriebswirtschaft, Elektrotechnik, Energiewirtschaft oder Ingenieurswissenschaft – oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation durch langjährige Berufserfahrung und/ oder erworbene gleichwertige Kenntnisse, * Mehrjährige Erfahrung (mindestens 3 Jahre) an der Schnittstelle zwischen Business und IT, idealerweise durch methodische und praktische Kenntnisse im Capability-, Prozess- und Anforderungsmanagement,

• Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und schnelle Erfassung von komplexen und übergreifenden Prozessen/ Anforderungen/ Zusammenhängen sind erforderlich,
• Gute Kenntnisse in der Softwareentwicklung (agil und/oder Wasserfall) und den damit verbundenen Anforderungen und Prozessen erforderlich,
• Engagement, Kommunikationsstärke und Durchsetzungsfähigkeit,
• Fähigkeit, in einem komplexen und dynamischen Umfeld zu arbeiten,
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens C1) und gute Englischkenntnisse (B2).

Kein Muss, aber von Vorteil

• Methodische Kenntnisse und Zertifizierung im Umfeld Requirements Engineering und/oder Prozessmanagement (z.B.

IREB, CPRE, BPMN 2.0), * Eine starke Technikaffinität und Interesse an der Energiewirtschaft sind wünschenswert,

• Praktische Erfahrung in agilen Arbeitsweisen (u.a. Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) und klassischem Projektmanagement.
