Reporting directly to the Vice President of Presales & Direct, you will be working directly with Sales Consultants, driving their performance to meet and exceed sales goals. You will also be a key contributor to the development and execution of sales strategies, fostering a culture of excellence. Your Responsibilities:Sales Team Development

• Recruit, onboard, and train Sales Consultants.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performance sales team culture.

Sales Strategy and Planning

• Collaborate with the Sales Leadership to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
• Identify regional market trends, opportunities, and threats to adjust the sales approach accordingly.

Sales Process Optimization

• Continuously improve the sales process to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
• Monitor and report on sales metrics and KPIs.

Product Knowledge and Training

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors and product knowledge.
• Provide ongoing training and development to Sales Consultants to enhance their product knowledge and selling skills.

Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). Proven track record in sales, including experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role:
