This role is available due to an internal promotion after less than 6 months in this role, so if you have outbound lead generation experience and are looking for a company who recognise hard work and success then we want to hear from you.Working for a highly sucessful Logistics company, you will work alongside a Business Development Manager to help generate qualified leads through a variety of channels, ensuring that the BDM has a solid pipeline to work with.Top reasons to join this company?

Job role of the Business Development Executive:

• Sales calls to prospective or lapsed clients
• Prospect for leads and perform cold-calling to build a strong pipeline
• Confident using different methods for generating leads (cold calls / email / social media / events etc)
• Book meetings for the business development team.
• Understand the customers’ needs and tailor the service to their needs
• Update customers about new launches and record customers reactions to new products
• Be aware of the latest industry trends.

Who/what are we looking for?

• Outbound telesales experience
• Excellent telephone manner
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Tenacity and ability to handle rejection.
• Knowledge of sales software and CRM systems
• Resilient and positive nature
• Able to work as part of a team and achieve team goals and targets
