Location: Oxford

- Lead or contribute to the design and specification of mechanical and/or electrical systems, ensuring compliance with legislative and safety standards.
- Take ownership of design deliverables and maintain a high standard of technical quality and innovation.
- Supervise installations and manage contractors to ensure delivery aligns with project specifications.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes.
- Support the development of junior team members through training and mentoring.
- Participate in fee tendering and support business development activities.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.
- Champion Health and Safety best practices, including carrying out risk assessments.
About You
- Strong experience in the design of mechanical and/or electrical building services is essential.
- Proven track record in project delivery, including contractor and client coordination.
- Confident communicator and team player with excellent leadership potential.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving and quality assurance.
- Knowledge of current regulations, legislation, and industry standards.
- Motivated to achieve both project success and client satisfaction.
