This consultancy is renowned for delivering high-quality projects worth over £20 million whilst maintaining industry-leading standards.The Principal Designer’s RoleThe successful Principal Designer will be instrumental in ensuring compliance with the Building Safety Act 2022 and managing design risk across diverse projects. You will work closely with clients, design teams, and contractors across sectors such as healthcare, residential and higher education to provide expert advice and ensure health and safety considerations are integrated throughout the design and construction phases.Key Responsibilities:
