** Winner of the Kings Award for Enterprise 2024! **Our Bosville, Marmalade, and Bracken Hide Hotels are seeking couples or friends to join our team in Portree, Isle of Skye. We are hiring Breakfast Chefs, Housekeepers, and/or Receptionists, with shared staff accommodation available for those comfortable with room sharing. We are currently offering seasonal and permanent contracts for these roles, and you will be working up to 40 hours per week, from Monday to Sunday, 5 days out of 7.As a Breakfast Chef, we seek candidates who are guest-focused and dedicated to creating memorable culinary experiences. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to cleanliness and hygiene, ensuring that all health and safety procedures in a kitchen adhere to the highest standards. We seek individuals who take pride in their work, showcasing passionate guest service in every dish.As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for guests at the hotel, making it crucial to create a great impression. The receptionist should be professional, polite, knowledgeable, self-motivated, and helpful, always ready to assist customers with a positive attitude, ensuring guest satisfaction. Multi-tasking and functioning under pressure are part of the daily routine.We seek candidates who are passionate about guest service, possess problem-solving skills, and take pride in their work. Prior experience with Stayntouch and Lightspeed systems is preferred, but not required.Acting as a Housekeeper we will require you to adhere to all cleanliness and hygiene guidelines while ensuring you pay close attention to detail. Prior experience with the software Stayntouch is preferred, but not required.What’s in it for you?

We are located on 52 acres to the west of Portree. Close enough to leave the car and walk into Portree.
