Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!Responsibilities:Analyze equipment downtimes and coordinate solutions for production readinessMonitor and optimize technical processes and systemsAssist in project planning, procurement, and supplier coordinationOversee site work, timelines, and budgets for projectsPlan and update maintenance, cleaning, and testing schedulesSupport TPM implementation and coordinate maintenance projectsManage spare parts inventory and ensure timely procurementGenerate TPM-specific KPIs and conduct 5S/TPM auditsQualifications:Completed Master’s degree in engineering or natural sciences, or Bachelor’s degree with relevant professional experienceKnowledge of control, drive, servo technology, and roboticsStatistical and stochastic methods for obtaining and interpreting quality-relevant dataGreen Belt in Six Sigma or Lean Management preferredGood knowledge of methods for identifying process influencers and quality improvementProject management experience and basic programming knowledge preferredBusiness administration knowledge and experience in ultrasound and cutting/trimming techniques preferredSeveral years of experience in production and/or maintenance, fluent in German and English (written and spoken)The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
