? Pay Rate: £36 per hourAre you an experienced Social Worker ready to take the next step in your career? We’re looking for a dedicated Lead Practitioner to join the Adult Community Team in Barnet.Role Overview:
As a Lead Practitioner, you will:Provide expert guidance and support to colleagues within the Adult Community Team.
Deliver high-quality care management and assessments under the Care Act 2014.
Work with adults with physical disabilities, sensory impairments, and older people to promote independence.
Oversee safeguarding work and mental capacity assessments, ensuring compliance with statutory frameworks.
Collaborate effectively with partner agencies to achieve positive outcomes for service users and their families.
Requirements:Qualified Social Worker registered with Social Work England.
Significant experience in adult social care, including safeguarding and complex case management.
Proven ability to lead and support a team.
Strong understanding of legislation, including the Care Act and Mental Capacity Act.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
