Associates Corporate (Core Corporate) (f/m/x)We are looking for committed and highly qualified associates (f/m/x) with a special interest in corporate law to support our team in Vienna.Your TasksAdvice on corporate law with a focus on:

• advice on corporate governance and compliance systems
• implementation of corporate reorganizations,
• succession planning focusing on corporate structures, trusts, inheritance and family law in this context
• sustainability transformation, including supply chain laws, sustainability reporting and business and human rights; and
• implementation of international and EU environmental, climate and human rights requirements for companies.

Your ProfileYou will have completed your legal studies with above-average results, have excellent English and German skills, are an entrepreneurial thinker and value legal creativity.
