Position: Associate DirectorLocation: LondonSalary: £65,000 – £70,000 + PackageAre you a proactive and seasoned Project Manager with a robust background in construction seeking a pivotal role in a globally recognised leader in real estate services? - Lead end-to-end management of diverse real estate projects, overseeing ground-up execution to practical completion.
- Manage residential new build projects, ensuring seamless execution within defined timelines and budgets.
- Foster collaborative relationships with stakeholders, aligning project objectives and expectations.
- Drive project delivery while maintaining superior quality standards, overseeing project teams for efficient coordination and performance.
- Lead and Manage Project Teams
Qualifications:
- Proven success in managing complex real estate projects with comprehensive lifecycle management within the construction domain.
- Demonstrated experience steering projects from inception to practical completion, showcasing expertise in project lifecycle management.
- Strong understanding of public sector project requirements and regulations, particularly within the London landscape.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, adept at cultivating collaborative relationships.
- Preferred qualifications in project management or construction-related disciplines.
- Minimum 5 years of experience within a consultancy setting.
