We are looking for a finance specialist with a strong background in accounting and finance function to join our team of professionals dedicated to improving and transforming our clients’ business processes.Use your international finance experience to advise, implement and run client finance solutions for both prospective and existing clients. This is a market facing role that requires innovative thinking and international stakeholder collaboration with focused outcomes.This exciting role will involve the following:
- Responsible for end-to-end solution design and business development support for opportunities
- Develop solutions which address client business constraints and leverage strengths of our firm
- Maintain knowledge of industry trends in the domain – Research competition and updates on global market trends
- Lead the end-to-end RFI/RFP process and liaise with cross functional teams for solution development
- Ensure that the RFI/RFP response is clearly articulated and that our value proposition and credentials align to the client request
- Oversight, management and leading internal and external accounting and finance projects
- Supporting GAAP technical discussions with client stakeholders
- Identify growth opportunities in existing accounts
- Assist in marketing content development for client facing collateral and internal training i.e. case studies, service brochures, etc.
- Participation in special/strategic projects from time to time.

Joining the TTC practice will give you access to senior leadership across the myriad of industries and markets within the UK, across our North-West Europe region and globally. This would be a perfect opportunity for a specialist in Accounting with an interest in the wider TTC areas.Essentials:
- Relevant Commerce Degree/Diploma and professional qualification (ACCA or ACA), or equivalent
- Experience in a Professional Services environment
- Experience of delivering financial reporting services to entities located in the UK and overseas under IFRS, FRS 101/102 or US GAAP.
- Cross functional Finance and Accounting experience (O2C, P2P, R2R and payroll)
- Finance and accounting or shared service centre outsourcing experience
- Business process mapping, optimisation and outsourcing transition experience
- Proven experience in management consulting solution development and delivery for finance function processes for multi-national companies
- Proven track record of business development experience in finance & accounting outsourcing or professional services
- Good understanding of all the solution components such as pricing, tools and technology, location strategy etc.
- Willingness to learn new automation tools and have updated knowledge of upcoming technology and industry trends
- Building and managing relationships with clients, with a proven ability to communicate difficult concepts clearly
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle high pressure situations and multi-task
- Co-ordination and program management skills to interface with various stakeholders
- Must be flexible to travel as the role is client facing and visits may or may not be local and international.
- A hunger for understanding the complexities associated with accounting and an interest in staying up to date with the latest industry trends and market drivers
Desirable:
- Strong Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint skills required for presentations and reporting
- ERP (MS NAV, SAP, ORACLE) experience
- Knowledge in Workiva and Thomsen Reuters finance compliance tools
- Project Management certification
- MBA
