The European Society of Radiology (ESR) is a non-political and non-profit organisation dedicated to strengthening and uniting European Radiology. With more than 140,000 members worldwide, it has become the largest radiological society that organises one of the most innovative scientific congresses in this field, the European Congress of Radiology (ECR), in Vienna.The ESR is looking for a committed team member (20-38.5 hours) to support our Scientific Publications department in Vienna.Tasks

• Preparation and reporting of statistics and evaluations/analyses
• Investigations and research (e.g. PubMed or other databases of academic publishing)
• Knowledge management and documentation
• Meeting coordination, preparation of reports/presentations, minutes
• Assistance with data maintenance in our databases
• Website administration

Requirements

• Good command of written and spoken academic English (at least C1)
• Experience with statistics programs is a benefit
• Familiarity with medical and scientific terminology is a benefit
• Excellent organisational, prioritisation and problem-solving skills

The monthly gross salary for this job vacancy (38,5h) is at least € 2,400.00 (14 times per year).
