We are seeking an exceptional talent to join our Digital Stores community to transform a multi-billion-dollar e-commerce business. As the Go-to-Market Lead in the Asia region, you will deliver the Go-to-Market strategies to grow our direct to customer business for both Consumer and Commercial channels across the markets in Asia.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver business goals and Partner with regional store leads, category leads, Planners, Site Merchandising and Marketing teams to create and package offers with compelling experiences and services for each core customer segments; establish and track KPIs and ROIs for key initiatives.

  • Drive new revenue streams and customer value propositions through pilot programs, and capture learnings to refine future growth plan and inform senior management decision.

  • Be the voice of customers to advocate for improvements in product offers, roadmap and customer shopping experience. Serve as liaison between local segment, Corporate and Microsoft Store teams to build mutually beneficial relationships.

  • Consumer

  • Define Go-to-market framework in partnership with regional team to align product launch readiness plan, customer value prop, and lead demand gen campaigns for key beats

  • Drive consistent customer experience where possible, and collect regional customer insights

  • Commercial

  • Define Commercial / SMB Go-to-market framework in partnership with regional team to align product launch readiness plan, customer value prop, and lead campaigns for key beats.

  • Land and execute corp programs in the field.

  • Support pan-regional lead generation and deal flows in partnership with MCAPS, drive best practices sharing across segment teams.

  • Be the voice of customer and improve customer satisfaction through prioritization forums.

Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications

  • 7+ years experience in retail, ecommerce, data science, research, marketing or business-related roles

  • OR Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Social Science, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field AND 8+ years experience in retail, ecommerce, data science, research, marketing or business-related roles

  • OR Master’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Social Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND 7+ years experience in retail, ecommerce, data science, research, marketing or business-related roles.

  • 2+ years people management experience.

Additional or Preferred Qualifications

  • 11+ years experience in retail, ecommerce, data science, research, marketing or business-related roles

  • OR Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Social Science, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field AND 10+ years experience in retail, ecommerce, data science, research, marketing or business-related roles

  • OR Master’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Social Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND 9+ years experience in retail, ecommerce, data science, research, marketing or business-related roles.

  • 9+ years experience in go to market (GTM), marketing strategy, business planning, or similar roles.

  • 9+ years experience in integrated, digital or product marketing management.

  • 5+ years people management experience.

  • 5+ years project/vendor management experience.
