With over $400M raised from multiple tier-one investors, our innovative technology provides a comprehensive solution for managing global workforces, encompassing everything from hiring and onboarding to managing and paying employees in over 160 countries.We are seeking a results-driven Alliance Director to lead and expand regional and global partnerships in the HR tech and fintech space. This role focuses on driving revenue through co-selling initiatives with ISVs, fintech, GSIs, MSPs, and service partners in payroll, payments, and contingent workforce solutions.Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and expand regional and global partner relationships to accelerate revenue growth.
  • Develop and execute joint GTM strategies and co-sell motions with partners.
  • Enable and support partners through sales training, marketing assets, and technical resources.
  • Align cross-functionally with internal teams across sales, marketing, and product to drive adoption.
  • Track, measure, and optimize partner performance against KPIs, pipeline goals, and revenue targets.
  • Identify and onboard new strategic partners to expand market reach.
  • Negotiate and structure partnership agreements that maximize mutual value.

  • 5+ years of experience in alliances, partnerships, or business development, preferably in HR tech, fintech, payroll, or workforce solutions.
  • Proven success managing ISV, fintech, GSI, MSP, and service partnerships to drive revenue and GTM success.
  • Strong understanding of co-sell strategies, channel sales, and enterprise SaaS.
  • Experience in contract negotiation, partner enablement, and joint marketing execution.
  • Ability to analyze partner performance data and refine strategies accordingly.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
