The roleIf you’re passionate about aviation and thrive in technical, high-stakes environments, this role offers a dynamic opportunity to contribute directly to airfield safety, compliance, and security.As an Airfield Operations Supervisor, you will have:

• Previous experience working in a high pressured fast paced environment
• Previous experience in operations
• Excellent comprehension and composition skills
• Critical thinking ability
• Have the ability handle complex situations in a time critical & unique environment
• Work well both in a team and independently
• Situational awareness & impeccable communication skills
• Ability to identify hazards and rectify promptly
• Comply with Aerodrome Manual and audit third party handling against Airside Operational Instructions

What will make you successful in the role?Experience

• Prior experience in aerodrome operations is desirable.
• Background in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment is essential.

Skills & Attributes

• Critical thinking and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Situational awareness and attention to detail.
• Ability to identify and resolve hazards quickly.
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance-familiarity with Aerodrome Manual and airside operational procedures.

Certifications & Requirements

• Full UK driving licence required.
• Must be able to obtain a firearms licence within the first 4 weeks of employment.
• Must be able to work shifts (2 days 06:00-18:00, 2 nights 18:00-06:00 4 on 4 off)
