Agile Coach, 6 Month Fixed Term Contract, London £75k Hybrid/Flexible WorkingAre you a passionate Agile Coach ready to make a big impact? Join a highly credible and professional company within their lean agile team and help lead the transformation towards true business agility across the enterprise.The role is due to new piece of technology and ways of working being introduced.The role:

• Coach and mentor individuals, teams, and leadership on agile best practices
• Drive scaled agile adoption and embed SAFe principles across the organisation
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement using data and metrics
• Influence enterprise-wide agile transformation and delivery excellence

Your experience

• Experience as an Agile Coach in a software delivery environment
• Agile certifications such as (SAFe SPC, CSM, ICAgile, etc.)
• Deep experience in Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe
• Strong communicator, motivator, and agile change agent
• Ability to communicate across all levels of the organisation
