Job description
Connect Appointments have a new opportunity for an Administrator to join our new Dalgety Bay (KY11) based client, on a temporary to permanent opportunity.
- Wednesday and Friday, 9am to 5pm
- £14 per hour
- Temporary to permanent opportunity
Working as an Administrator, your duties will include:
- Managing data entry, internal databases, and document storage
- Handling sales and purchase invoicing, including disputes
- Purchasing materials, tools, stationery, PPE, and work uniforms
- Answering phone calls, greeting visitors, and sending emails to clients
- Preparing documents, creating written communication, and using office technology
To be successful in this Administrator role, you will have previous admin or similar experience. Combined with the following skills, traits and experience:
- IT experience, particularly in Microsoft packages
- Invoicing and Quickbooks experience
- Experience in Ecommerce
- Great communication skills, both written and verbal
- The ability to work on your own and as part of a team
- Great attention to detail and organisational skills
