At JLR, we’re reimagining the future of modern mobility-and we’re looking for an ADAS Software Technical Programme Manager to join our Digital Product Platform Centre of Competence within the Assisted & Automated Driving (AAD) domain. In this high-impact role, you’ll guide complex software programmes from concept to launch, working with cutting-edge technologies and cross-functional teams across the globe. - Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of software development initiatives
- Act as the key liaison between engineering teams, product owners, and stakeholders
- Monitor progress against KPIs and programme milestones, ensuring clear communication
- Identify and mitigate risks early to keep projects on track
- Drive continuous improvement in delivery practices and team performance
- Foster a culture of collaboration, ownership, and end-to-end accountability
WHAT YOU’LL NEEDA strong technical foundation, Agile mindset, and the ability to lead with clarity and confidence.
- Proven experience delivering complex software programmes in Agile environments
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills across technical and non-technical teams
- Deep understanding of software development processes and quality standards
- Proficiency with Agile frameworks (e.g. Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and tools like Jira and Confluence
- Ability to coach teams to self-organise and maintain consistent delivery velocity
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and navigating complex stakeholder landscapes
